1 General Terms

995bad ("we", "our", "platform") is an online casino and sports betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and 995bad.

These terms have been drawn up in accordance with Bangladeshi law and applicable regulations. These terms may be available in both English and Bengali, however in the event of any interpretive conflict the Bengali version shall prevail.

All products, services, promotional offers, bonuses and other benefits on the 995bad platform are governed by these terms. Separate terms may apply to specific products or services and must be read together with these general terms.

2 Account Registration and Verification

To open an account and use the services on the 995bad platform you must complete the registration process. During registration you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide your full legal name and date of birth accurately.

• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.

3 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use the 995bad platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. For 21+ only.
• You must be a Bangladeshi citizen or a person legally residing in Bangladesh.
• You must have full legal capacity and must not have been declared incapacitated by any court or legal authority.
• You must enter into this agreement in your personal capacity and not as a representative of any third party.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer methods may be used to deposit funds on the 995bad platform. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• After a deposit is made it is generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum amount for a withdrawal is ৳1,000. Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not complete.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

995bad offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement to activate the bonus is 10 times (10x).

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳18,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions that apply.
• Bonus funds may only be used on specified games — see the details of each offer.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is prohibited.

5.3 VIP Program

• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the player's activity and participation. 995bad reserves the right to modify the detailed terms of VIP benefits.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on 995bad — slots, live casino, European roulette, fishing games, card games and sports betting — are operated in a fair and transparent manner.

6.1 Sports Betting Rules

• Once all bets are finalised they cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport.
• If incorrect odds are displayed, 995bad reserves the right to void bets settled at those odds.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

• The rules for each game are available within the game interface.
• No payouts will be made due to technical errors.
• If a connection is lost during a game session, the last recorded game result will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 995bad platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting").
• Coordinated betting to exploit the bonus system ("bonus abuse").
• Using any software, bots, automated programs or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Attempting to access platform systems through hacking, cracking or any other unlawful method.
• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a third party.

• Demeaning or harassing other users.
• Providing false or misleading information.

In the event of any of the above violations, 995bad reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action where necessary.

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.

995bad shall not be liable for any loss arising from account closure, provided the closure was justified under these terms and conditions.

10 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or complaint must first be submitted to our support team for resolution. The process for submitting a dispute is as follows:

2. We will provide an initial response within 7 (seven) business days of receiving the complaint.
3. Complex matters will be resolved within a maximum of 30 (thirty) business days.
